Last night was a full-on dance party. Early on, the event photographer said to me that she didn’t expect to see much dancing from the group. I didn’t say much, but I had the sense that once things got going, they would be a partying group, and I was right. After about an hour of cocktail music, I picked up the pace a bit, and turned up the volume, and the dance floor immediately filled. It stayed full for a solid three hours, until the party ended.
The party took place at Open House Austin, a venue I’m coming to love. This was our second event there this year, and I’m already looking forward to the next one. If you want a retro-styled home vibe for your party, this is the spot for you.
